Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a type of Yoga that links poses together in a special or unique way. The Sanskrit prefix “Vi” means to place and “Nyasa” in a special way, therefore, “ Vinyasa”  meaning  to put together in a special way.  If you think about it almost everything we experience in life is a Vinyasa, a song or musical piece, a delicious recipe or the way everything in nature evolves…   a barren tree which eventually blooms then potentially bears fruit.  Prana Flow Yoga is specific style of Vinyasa Yoga created by Shiva Rea.
